Suddy Rugs is an Equine Laundry, repair and tack cleaning service that provides horse rug washing, drying, re-proofing and repairs in Sussex and Kent.

Other services that are offered:

                                                             Memory Cushions.  Made from old, un-repairable

                                                             horse rugs, numnahs or saddle pads that you cannot

                                                             bring yourself to get rid of, that holds loads of

                                                            memories, or that of a deceased horse.  Whatever the

                                                            reason, these can give a new life to an old rug, and a

                                                            lifetime of memories.  They can be a welcome addition

                                                            to your lorry, tack room, or home decor - From £40.00.

                                                           Memory Bears or horses.  Made in a similar way to the                                                                                                                                                   memory cushions but made in the shape of either a

                                                                        horse or a teddy - From £80.00.

Dog Coats.  Is your horse rug too badly damaged to repair and fit your horse? Do you love your rug

and would rather not throw it away?  Do you have a dog that your rug can be converted to fit?

We can discuss whether it would be possible to convert your horse rug into a useful, warm and

weatherproof coat for your dog.  From £40.00

Dog Drying Coats.  Towelling inside to dry your wet dog and Fleece outside to keep them warm with a high neck that can be fastened to secure it around their ears, or folded back.  Finished with binding in a complimentary colour around the back and leg seams.  Made to order in sizes: Small, Medium, Large, or X-Large.  All coats and drying coats are made to order.  Please ensure that you give the correct measurements of your dog to enable perfect fit.   Measure from neck to top of the tail, around the neck and around the girth.   From £40.00

We cover a 30 miles radius of East Sussex and provide free collection and delivery within that radius.  Any collections/deliveries over this will be charged at 56pence per mile.  

​

Due to the increasing costs of utilities and fuel; to minimise overheads, collections and deliveries will be organised around similar areas on the same day.  Please contact us on the Contact us Form to arrange a collection.

Your collection may be within a couple of days or a couple of weeks, dependent on the delivery schedule, however, once back at Suddy Rugs workshop, they will be given the priority they deserve and a delivery date will be arrange with you when we are back in the area to deliver your freshly laundered/ newly repaired rugs.

If you have good quality, second hand rugs you no longer need, and would like to donate them to a Horse and Pony rescue charity, I can collect them from you, when collecting your rugs.  Dependant on the quality of the item, I will clean and repair them for a horse charity if good enough to donate, failing that, I would be happy to take them off your hands where I can use them for secondhand repairs etc.  We can discuss this at collection and delivery.
